Made with a variety of vines aged between 15-35 years old on limestone and clay soils, Poil de Lievre is vinified in stainless steel tanks to keep things fresh, and sees no addition of SO2.

How does Poil de Lievre taste?

Expect notes of honeymelon, green apple and stoney, mineralic elements alongside a touch of hay here, with a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel which ALSO has a very slightly creamy finish

We would call “A True Summer Smasher”, Poil de Lieve will work great in the park but also for light seafood starters like Prawn Tartare.
