Poil de Lievre 2023 Magnum is a Large-bottle format (two bottles of wine) of the natural wine crafted by Domaine , in Saumur, in the Loire region in . This easy-going white wine is made with grapes, and will work best after a quick caraffe.

Made with a variety of vines aged between 15-35 years old on limestone and clay soils, Poil de Lievre is vinified in stainless steel and sees no addition of SO2.

 
Expect notes of limes and rocks here, with a swift crisp mouthfeel.
