This is the only from the domaine that is not site-specific. It’s composed of a blend of parcels; 70% vines planted on sandy soil over limestone and 30% vines planted to gravel. Two week maceration in cement vats followed by 15 months of aging in cement vats. Bottling two springs after harvest.
