Made at 120-year old Destileria El Llano. Hand decorated. Fermented in permeable masonry tanks to soften the alcohol. Aged for 36 months in charred American oak. Palate is earthy and bold with herbs and straw followed by dark chocolate, sea-salt caramels, sandalwood, and apricot.
