Still organic red Barbaresco DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by La Spinetta. 100% Nebbiolo, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Barbaresco that embodies the passion and dedication of the Rivetti family, who have been producing excellent wines in Piedmont for generations. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks for approximately 14 days. Aged in second-passage French oak barrels for 16 months, followed by 6 months in bottle. Hints of red currant, peaches in syrup, and nutmeg. Pale ruby red color. Extraordinary balance between freshness and structure, with hints of small red fruits, ginger, and wild fennel. The finish is broad and persistent.
