Riecine Chianti Classico 2023

Chianti Classico DOCG, 14.5% ABV, produced by Riecine, a historic winery in the heart of Tuscany, in Gaiole in Chianti. 0.75 L bottle, 2023 vintage. A Chianti Classico that embodies the tradition of Sangiovese, with meticulous winemaking that enhances its characteristics. Riecine’s vineyards are among the finest in Chianti. The grapes are harvested, selected by hand, and delicately pressed. Fermentation takes place in non-vitrified Nomblot cement tanks, with maceration lasting 10 days. Aged for 14 months in exhausted tonneaux and large Grenier oak barrels. Pale ruby red. Subtle notes of rose and eucalyptus on the nose. Elegant with a medium-bodied structure, finishing on velvety, rounded tannins. A wine that pairs perfectly with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, ideal for a Tuscan dinner.
