A Champagne that embodies the region’s excellence, produced by Jerome Selosse, great-grandson of Jacques Selosse. Discreet, with a tendency to become more intense, with a very subtle vanilla aroma and white peach on the second nose. A clear, brilliant golden yellow. Full and ample, reminiscent of vanilla, with light acidity and a long, rounded palate.
