Karl Schnabel and his wife Eva were so inspired by their time in Burgundy in the 90s (and their love for Pinot Noir) that they decided to focus mainly on red grape varieties Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir – even though the Styrian winemaking region in Austria is widely known for its mineral whites. 

This is a Delightful, herbacious and wild strawberry fuelled rose that is excellent. Light and fresh, yet complex.
