Michi Lorenz – Revoluzza 2020

Revoluzza is a natural orange wine crafted by , in the Styria / Steiermark region in . This skin-contact, macerated wine is made with 100%  grapes, which are fermented on the mash for 7 days, then stored in the tank on the full yeast for 666 days with 10 percent of the berries remaining.

Michi Lorenz says this is a smoky natural Welschreisling with a fine finish, and we hear it also features notes of salted lemon, quince and candied pears…
