Halo is a natural wine crafted by , in the Styria region in . This very lightly macerated wine is made with grapes, which are macerated for 4 days on the skins, before aging in old oak barrels for 13 months.

We are looking forward to trying this wine soon, as we hear it has a slightly smokey aspect, which works very well with the mild saltyness the Terroir here provides into the Sauvignon Blanc!

The grapes for Halo are grown on grey Schist, with vines farmed in a holistic methods aged between 20-30 years old, which grow on steep vineyard terraces at around 500m elevation. This wine sees just a little sulphites added before bottling (12mg)
