L’Octavin – Commendatore 2020

Commendatore 2020 by is a natural wine made in Jura with grapes, which is the domaine fruit of Alice Bouvot, rather than her Negoce wines (which feature the gnomes on the labels).

Here, Trousseau is grown on her Les Corvées plot with 50 year old vines, which see 8 months of skin maceration and no added sulphur, as with all L’Octavin wines.
