Hubinsky – Devin 2020

Devin 2020 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Bratislava region in . This white wine is made with grapes, which is native to Slovakia and a grape we really enjoy! Fans of Strekov 1075 ‘Creme’ may notice this is the same grape used, and it has a similar magic here!

Tasting Hubinksy Devin

Devin by Hubinsky is super unique and interesting. We found delightful and slightly funky notes of pear, yellow apples, nuts, sunflowers and even melted butter! What a cool grape!

Vinification of Hubinsky Devin

The wine is grown on two parcels, both on sand on granite subsoil & brown clay

The Devin grapes see skin contact for four days and undergo fermentation in stainless steel tank. The wine was bottled directly from the lees, with no added sulphites.
