Frédéric Cossard – Cuvée M 2021

Cuvée M by is a rich, tannic red wine with grapes sourced in Rhone of grapes, which are then vinified in Burgundy as part of Cossard’s Negoce projects.

This Cuvee M is a big, bold Mouvedre gets a slightly softer expression here from Cossard but a tannic structure suitable for food still persists. A nice red from the former Milkman!
