Bobinet – Echalier 2018

Echalier 2018 is a natural wine crafted by , in the Loire region in . This red wine is made with grapes. This is one of the top Bobinet wines. Echalier is bottled after 3 years of aging in barrel, in their traditional limestone Loire cellar. Grapes are destemmed and see a 45 day maceration on the skins. 

Bobinet state that “Echalier 2018 is a wine of very beautiful complexity: its structure is dense and velvety, its mouth voluminous and taut, its aromatic palette beautifully balanced between ripe fruits, spices and notes of undergrowth.”

The small yields of the plot make it a limited production wine, quite a rarity
