Our olive oil is the product of cold pressing the Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Corno Leccio varieties. The olive groves are located on both hills and plains; the quality of the soil on the hills is clayey, enriched with flakes, which produces an oil that is more delicate and fragrant than intense; the soil on the plains is clayey but contains a higher percentage of loam and sand, which give a more robust oil. Tua Rita olive oil is a blend of these two products.
