Domaine Pignier – GPS 2022

GPS is a natural wine crafted by , in the Jura region in . This wine is actually a red/white blend and an interesting mix of Gamay Blanc (the old name for Chardonnay, Savagnin, direct-press Poulsard and some field blend of mixed varietals.

Nose reminiscent of champagne probably due to the direct press of a red, with mild raspberry cordial touches and on the palatte a slight fromage frais creamyness, with a slightly bitter touch.

Nice, but perhaps age will make it blossom further.
