A pure Cabernet Franc, it owes its name to Arca Aurita, the fossil shell of marine origin that has been present in the estate’s soils for millions of years, giving this wine a persuasive minerality. It is the flagship wine of Podernovo, the Lunelli family estate on the Tuscan coast.
