Ô Fâya Farm – Ô Pinot Noir 2022

Ô Pinot Noir is a natural wine crafted by , run by a female winemaker Ilona Thétaz, who is based in the Valais region in  and makes wine on her farm, full of biodiversity, animals and wildlife.

This red wine is made with 100%  grapes, and presents a cool, alpine freshness to it, with soft tannins and lovely drinkability.
