Classic method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Cantina PrimaVena in Lombardy. 100% Pinot Noir, 1.5L magnum, 2008 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Stefano Parpaiola, a producer who chose Oltrepò Pavese to make his dreams come true. Secondary fermentation in the bottle on the lees for over 60 months. The slow evolution on the lees gives the nose a complex and essential aroma in its purity: elegant scents of chamomile, wildflowers with accents of acacia and broom expand onto notes of fresh hazelnut and almond. From the first crystalline reflections, the color reveals itself as straw yellow. On the palate, it explodes with all its elegant freshness, underscored by a significant minerality and hints of bitter almond.
