Rémi Leroy Champagne – Blanc de Blancs 2020

Rémi Leroy’s vineyard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir. The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. “More than Champagne, Champagne wine.”

100% Chardonnay, 1g a litre dosage.
