Rémi Leroy Champagne – Rosé

Rémi Leroy’s vineyard is ploughed and in natural grassing to get the best taste of Cote des Bar Terroir.

The parcels are separately vinified on the lees. The wine is bottled at the end of the spring without any fining and filtering. “More than Champagne, Champagne wine.”

This Rose is made from 85% Pinot Noir, and 15% Chardonnay.

Open and pour (in standard wine glasses rather than flutes) and then wait 10 minutes before drinking, for the best expression

This wine has lovely notes of rosehip, raspberry cordial, brioche and thyme. Beautiful and elegant
