100% Malvasia (Passerina). Mario Macciocca farms 4 hectares of vines biodynamically in the Lazio and makes very pure non-intervention wines.  His #1 is made from his 1ha of Passerina vines and his hands off approach allows the variety and its terroir to show the grape’s complexity and energy.  Savory exotic fruit balanced with great acidity and texture.  Excellent on its own or with antipasti, cheese or pan roasted fish.  Uniquely delicious.
