Roe & Co. Irish Whiskey

Named for the George Roe & Co. Distillery that once was Ireland’s most famous whiskey, though the distillery closed its doors in 1926. The legacy has been reborn with the new Roe & Co, a blend of malt whiskey and grain whiskey that has been aged in bourbon casks. The nose is creamy with soft spice on the palate and notes of pear and vanilla, with a lingering finish. Non chill-filtered.
