Bedeau 2022 by of Domaine de Chassorney is an entry level Cossard wine, still made in Burgundy using grapes sourced from around Volnay and Nuits-Saint-Georges.

Like all of Frederic Cossard wines, the price has increased, as is seemingly the fashion with Burgundy lately…

The previous vintage was beautifully light and delicate, with lovely black cherry and vanilla notes dancing around your palate. Would make an excellent ‘lunch wine’ for a roast meal. Really nice!
